Biscotti Goddess, a premier provider of handmade gourmet biscotti and a Virginia’s Finest™ company, launched new flavors and certification that meet two dietary standards with its cookies: gluten-free and Kosher.
After being certified as a Kosher kitchen, all of Biscotti Goddess’s nine standard, four seasonal and four gluten-free are Kosher.
The bakers at Biscotti Goddess developed the gluten-recipes after extensive research to ensure that the delectable flavors could work within the new formula. Thus, four flavors were perfected for launch including: orange-cranberry, lemon poppy, vanilla almond and vanilla dipped in dark chocolate.
“We at Biscotti Goddess know that people have different dietary requirements,” said Wheeler Wood, owner. “These dietary needs shouldn’t prohibit anyone from having great biscotti! We definitely felt that we could achieve the same outstanding flavor and consistency we are known for while meeting standards for both Kosher and gluten-free requirements.”
All of Biscotti Goddess’s flavors are available in a variety of quantities and packages on the website as well as Amazon. Additionally, many of the company’s current retail outlets carry gluten-free options.
