WPH is the largest registered provider of affordable housing in the Wirral, United Kingdom. WPH is a socially responsible, non-profit organisation that partners with residents and other organisations in order to build sustainable communities.
WPH selected datango because it was the best solution to help reduce costs associated with providing users with up-to-date information around the Northgate Housing application and Microsoft Office.
The WPH team is planning to upgrade the Northgate Housing application to a new HTML front end. With limited internal resources available to build documentation, education and support materials; WPH saw the value of datango’s automation capabilities as well as datango’s proven record supporting Northgate applications through the datango/Northgate partnership. Additionally, the datango software will allow WPH to perform competence checks of users on critical business systems and maintain a central repository of documented processes and training materials, all completed at a fraction of the time over their previous methods.
