With a focus toward bringing in the best teachers, Boulder Valley School District has selected CIBER to assist in transforming the human capital management and financial systems that support the organization.
CIBER will partner with Boulder Valley School District to help the organization fully utilize the new capabilities of the Lawson Talent Management suite. Through the implementation of Lawson Talent Management, the District plans to improve employee certifications tracking and interoperability with other strategic business functions such as recruiting and teacher contract management.
"We selected CIBER as our implementation partner because of its proven track record in implementing Lawson solutions, its flexible approach to meeting the immediate needs of our District, and its focused attention to the business processes that our Lawson solution will help streamline," said Andrew Moore, chief information officer at Boulder Valley School District.
"CIBER's team worked hard to learn about the Districts' needs in great detail and to establish our credibility as a strong Lawson implementer. We accomplished this through meetings at local user group meetings, and executive leadership meetings that were setup with Boulder Valley Schools," says Beth Dvoracek, Lawson practice leader at CIBER.
CIBER is one of Lawson's most experienced and knowledgeable business partners. CIBER has vast experience with Lawson solutions, and has not only been a Lawson technology and implementation partner since 1995, but is also one of the first Lawson partners with consultants who are certified on Lawson Talent Management.
