Rockville, MD, United States, 2011/09/13 - Kroger has extended its Scan Based Trading relationship with iControl to three additional banners: King Sooper's, City Market and Smith's. The expansion is effective October 24 - iControlsbt.com.

Kroger has extended its Scan Based Trading relationship with iControl Systems USA to three additional Kroger banners: King Sooper's, City Market and Smith's, bringing the total Kroger divisions participating in Scan Based Trading programs managed by iControl to 13 and the store count to 1,540.
King Sooper’s and City Market are are in the Colorado/Rocky Mountains region, and operate 50 stores. Smith’s Food & Drug operates 132 stores in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona. iControl estimates that approximately 65 Kroger vendors will be participants in the program.
