Developers of third-party integrations to ConnectWise can now leverage the new Managed Device API to enable the management of a wide variety of devices such as switches, routers, storage, printers, scanners, copiers, and VoIP phones fully integrated with the ConnectWise platform.
With the Managed Device API, any type of configuration can be updated in ConnectWise. Integrations with third party solutions can be extended so management of all of these configurations is streamlined through ConnectWise making it easier to support, audit and bill from a single platform. As a result, ConnectWise partners will find that all of their client’s devices can be more easily discovered, managed and billed through ConnectWise.
