Legal Solutions Group, a leader in web-based software applications and outsourced supporting services, announces the launch of a new partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS.) Miami-Dade is one of the most culturally diverse counties in the United States, and its public school district is the fourth largest in the country.
This partnership came about as a result of a litigation management initiative developed in collaboration with Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. (GB), a full-service property/casualty third-party claims administrator, back in 2009. As a GB client: M-DCPS was able to learn about LSG and its services first-hand.
In this era of decreasing budgets and increased political pressure for accountable use of tax-payer dollars; M-DCPS is proactively taking steps to monitor and control their legal spend. The new program with LSG also offers greater transparency and auditing capabilities.
