Key Entertainment Group, announced today its Partnership with Citi Prime Associates in a joint venture to develop real estate projects. Key Entertainment Group brought in $10,000, 000 for the initial funding of the partnership through its pool of investors.
The Real Estate Venture is for the purchase of REO or owner owned foreclosed residential and commercial properties that are under valued and selling well under the current market or tax value.
From Key Entertainment C. Davis, we are not only doing real estate projects outside of our music & entertainment project funding. We are looking at all different types of ventures and projects that we can re-insure or place a performance bond on as we do on the entertainment projects. Then our poll of investors is secured.

With the volatility international market, Key entertainment Group is working with its growing pool of investors on non music & entertainment projects.
