This is the third time that Nagarro has been named to the prestigious industry survey, which enables buyers of business and technology services to identify the leading providers in IT services and business process outsourcing.
The 2011 Global Services 100 survey was conducted by Global Services magazine in conjunction with experts from outsourcing advisory firm NeoGroup. Companies that opted to participate in the survey were asked to share exhaustive information which was evaluated according to scientific research methodology based on over 200 data points and several qualitative parameters.
Nagarro was selected for the 2011 Global Services 100 list based on its strength in this year’s main survey categories: Management excellence; customer maturity; global delivery maturity; and breadth of services portfolio. A weighted scoring scheme was used to rate each of the above areas based on a scoring scheme designed by a panel from Global Services and NeoGroup's practice experts.
