Through a WomenCertified Female Sales and Satisfaction survey conducted by WomenCertified and with Bath by RJ’s female customers, we have established that Baths by RJ meets and exceeds her expectations.
WomenCertified conducted an audit survey of their database to make sure it was adhering to the standards set forth in the WomenCertified program. These included providing consistent remodeling and renovation methods, women friendly customer service, maintaining a top-quality facility, participating in community and charitable activities and other practices that create a positive atmosphere for women customers.
These standards were confirmed through the WomenCertified survey with Baths by RJ scoring excellent in several areas including ease of appointment setting, the caliber of service and the manner in which it is delivered by their technicians.
