Clean Smile, Inc. the makers of combined network control automation technology and Fragrance Automation Systems announced the filing of a $120 million civil rights complaint in the Eastern District of Arkansas of the U.S. District Court. The complaint involved the State of Arkansas violating Title III and Title VI, 42 U.S.C. § 2000 et and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
"Arkansas Economic Development Commission’s aid, service, and benefits given to Clean Smile, Inc. have been unequal, inferior, segregated, and discriminatory. Their actions have been a blatant violation of federal statues," said Anton Glassco, Chairman of Clean Smile, Inc. Anton Glassco, 38 joined the company in 2005 as Chairman. “We plan to prove to show unfair and unequal treatment that we have endured opening and operating this new business, creating new technology & building new products. The past six years have been long and enduring, but we are onfident that Clean Smile, Inc. will be successful in proving our complaint against the State of Arkansas,” “ We have forwarded our complaint to the ACLU, NAACP, U.S. Civil Rights Commission, U.S. Department of Commerce Office of Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Justice Office of Civil Rights, Rainbow PUSH, and National Action Network to formally request their support and to start an investigation into the state of Arkansas and it’s agencies for civil rights violations.” said Mr. Glassco.
