ADP®, a leading provider of human resource outsourcing, payroll services, benefits administration and integrated computing solutions for vehicle dealers, today announced that Larimer County, Colorado, the seventh largest county in Colorado, has awarded the company a five-year outsourcing contract to develop an integrated human capital management solution to help streamline and automate the majority of its HR functions serving approximately 2,000 county employees. The home of Fort Collins, Colorado State University, and roughly a quarter million Coloradoans, Larimer County is located 70 miles North of Denver and is often recognized by state and national organizations for their innovative efforts in human resources, infrastructure and healthcare.
The terms of the five-year contract call for ADP to partner with Larimer County in providing an integrated HCM solution featuring HR; payroll; benefits administration; time and labor management; applicant tracking and screening; talent management; as well as an automated on-boarding process for new county employees.
“ADP’s integrated solution is designed to help us drive increased efficiencies and an overall lower total cost of ownership across our entire human resource function,” said Lorenda Volker, Human Resources Director at Larimer County, Colorado. “By streamlining core HR, payroll, benefits and other processes through ADP, we believe we will significantly reduce manual labor costs and free up time, efforts and budget dollars that are better focused on serving the citizens of Larimer County. Another positive aspect of ADP’s solution, is the suite of new, additional HR services included, such as talent management, that will enable us to provide a deeper, richer array of HR offerings to our County personnel.”
Larimer County’s selection of ADP points to ADP’s momentum as the partner of choice for thousands of government organizations across the United States. These organizations are choosing ADP for proven solutions that enable government entities to effectively meet the challenge of shrinking budgets, labor shortages, out of date and/or costly systems and changing public sector environments.
“Our working engagement with Larimer County is a significant win for our public sector business and showcases both the full breadth of offerings as well as the significant value proposition we bring to public sector entities,” said Terrence McCrossan, Vice President, ADP National Account Services. “ADP’s human capital management solutions address the unique employment and pay practices of government organizations while also delivering a service model that reduces cost and maximizes the focus and effectiveness of their internal staff.
