Supresta is pleased to announce the hiring of James McGrath, who will assume the role of Distribution Manager. James will be responsible for transportation and warehouse management in North America and will be based at Supresta’s corporate headquarters in Ardsley, New York. As Distribution Manager, James will manage the leased rail car fleet; negotiate rates with domestic and international transportation firms; optimize the distribution network; negotiate warehouse and terminal contracts; and manage and reduce costs.
“Jim comes to Supresta with a strong logistics, systems, and operations background,” says Daniel Sheridan, Director, Global Purchasing at Supresta. “He has extensive experience in the chemical industry and adds significant value to Supresta and our customers.”
