BioLink U-Match Ethernet is able to perform both functions of optical fingerprint scanners (scanning high-quality fingerprint images, generation of fingerprint templates, digitizing them and comparing them with the ones already stored in the database) and various functions required to manage electromagnetic door locks, turnstiles, etc. This device is intended for usage as a component in biometric access control and time management systems and applications requiring remote location of readers and controllers of end devices.

The new driver is also operable with BioLink’s commercial software product - BioLink Software Development Kit (BSDK), which is an instrument allowinf for integration of BioLink advanced biometrics into the newly created applications. The new functionality of the driver is considerably faster operation with Ethernet devices and ability to search and customize the unaddressed devices in the network.
