The P.E.A.C.E. Art show in Los Angeles will feature the Graphic Designer, Isaac -- known in art circles as “Dazer” -- from 3V Signs & Graphics located in Hermosa Beach. The show will be held at The Southcentral Beach 5876 Hooper Ave Los Angeles (corner of Slauson) on Saturday July 9th 7PM to 2AM. Dazer, a native of Southern California, trained formally at The Art Institute of California, Orange County, earning his Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. He will have on display acrylic on canvas, spray paint on wood as well as other mediums, all reflecting the theme of peace, love and unity, in the style known as “Graff Art.”
This art kind of graffiti, called "writing," is created by artists who call themselves "writers," though "writer," does not adequately set graffiti writers apart from authors or journalists, which can cause confusion outside the community. Another, preferred term is “Style Writer.”
Stefanie Dacy the owner of 3V Signs & Graphics states “I’m thrilled to have Isaac on staff because he brings such a depth to the creative work we do in our shop. He sees beyond the computer screen and can visualize how something will look on a wall, or in a window or on a vehicle. Erik Moreno, the shows organizer, has been involved in the art community since the late 80’s when it was discovered that he has a knack for bringing together artist from many disciplines and genres. This eclectic blend is always engaging, and will be reflected in the P.E.A.C.E. show.
