American Stock Exchange Approves Law Enforcement Associates Stock Listing and Assigns ``AID'' as Its Trading Symbol.
Law Enforcement Associates Corporation (OTCBB: LENF), a surveillance and security technology company, announced today that the American Stock Exchange has approved the Company's application for the listing of its common stock. The Company anticipates that its stock will commence trading on the AMEX on Friday, July 15, 2005 with "AID" as its trading symbol. The AMEX's approval is contingent upon the Company's being in compliance with all applicable listing standards on the date the Company's stock begins trading on the AMEX and may be rescinded if the Company is not in compliance with such standards.
