A 24' x 14' amphibious billboard display recently floated on the Panama Canal for Nissan. The floating billboard was featured at the 50 mile Ocean-to-Ocean Cayuco Race where participants paddle from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean. The ambient floating billboard display distributed by BBI Displays was operated by local associate Panama Portable Billboards. The 24' airtight inflatable sign was towed by a boat in front of the lead race pack and the beach advertisement was visible to all spectators along the shore.

Panama Portable Billboards, the exclusive associate of bbi Displays in Panama, began offering the airtight inflatable portable signs in January of 2011. In the short period, the company has secured numerous high profile out of home advertising accounts to use the inflatable display systems. Advertisers featured on the billboards in Panama within the last 6 months include Nissan, Taco Bell, RPC television, Citi Bank, 20th Century Fox Movies, Bacardi, Citi Bank, HSBC bank, and Shell Oil. Since the inflatable billboards debut in Panama, the portable outdoor advertising billboard structures have appeared on water in the Panama Canal, on golf courses, at concert festivals and along major roadways.

The innovative inflatable floating billboards are designed, patented and globally sold by bbi Display Systems. The portable billboard structures setup in minutes and allow customer information to be placed in any location imaginable from water to land. The inflatable signs pack into compact boxes and can be shipped to any worldwide city. Included with each inflatable billboard purchase is an electric air blower (110v or 220v), carry bag, bungee attachments for banners, foot pump, spare valves, repair kit and instruction booklet. bbi Displays out-of-home billboard systems are currently operated in over 50 countries.
