D’nalel has already made history with her “Victorian Vintage” by Jaime Joseph S/S11 collection. “Cultural Fusions” for “Open Art” is a highly sophisticated way of bringing culture and diversity together for a unique blend of Interior Design and Fashion Handbags. The opportunity that D’nalel is offering for teens is the chance to become part of the D’nalel brand and give back at the completion of the program.
“Cultural Fusions” for ‘Open Art” has a very upbeat and positive vision for the outcome of this program. The D’nalel vision is to raise awareness about the importance of art, culture and diversity through real live actions. Our vision is simple and creative and will allow for students to use art and language as a tool to encourage self expression through design and communication. At the end of the program our vision is clear, to co - educate and allow for access to resources that would not otherwise be available.
September 6, 2011 “D’nalel Designs will be showcasing “Cultural Fusions” by Jaime Joseph during New York Fashion Week F/W 2011. “Cultural Fusions” for “Open Art” will host a creative Silent Auction brunch to help launch F/W 2011. Upon Arrival to the showcase you will leave New York City to enter a NEW World recreated to help diversity and culture in teens through Art, Communication, Poetry and Design.
Our mission is to introduce fashion, Interior Design, Poetry and self expression through design and communication. To be able to provide skills to help teens learn first hand what it is like to work in the fashion industry and what it takes in order to be successful in the business. D’nalel will work one on one with teens to teach them how to design and use design as a form of self expression through communication.
“Victorian Vintage” can be seen on the current hit series on ABC Family “The Nine Lives of Chloe King”. You can view a sample of her collection on Season 1 Episode 2, the clutches are located in the boutique where the main character “Skylar Samuels” works throughout the series.
