CollabNet®, the leader in Agile application lifecycle management (Agile ALM) in the Cloud, announced today that Tamara Sulaiman Runyon, a CollabNet Certified Scrum Trainer, will deliver a presentation at the Scrum Allicane’s Scrum Gathering Seattle 2011 conference. Runyon will present “An Agile Transformation Maturity Model – A Roadmap for Transforming Organizations to Agile.” The presentation is part of the “Turn up the Heat” track, which covers the changes, beyond teams and software, that arise when adopting Agile. In the presentation, Runyon will detail the five phases for wide-scale Agile adoption, as measured across six key dimensions.
