May 21–24, restaurant operators in America’s #1-ranked pizza city will have the opportunity to test drive a point of sale system designed specifically for the rapidly evolving technology requirements of pizza and delivery.
Top-rated pizza POS developer SpeedLine, a first-time exhibitor at Chicago’s National Restaurant Association Show, will demonstrate how new restaurant technologies connect at the point of sale.
“From delivery dispatch and mapping to web ordering, mobile marketing, and social media, the nation’s top pizza chains—and their tech-savvy customers— are driving a technology overhaul of the restaurant industry,” comments Craig Baker, channel sales manager for SpeedLine POS.
“Pizza is different,” Baker explains. “While the restaurant industry has been quick to adopt computerized point of sale technology,” he says,“most POS systems are not designed for the unique pizza business model: from phone and mobile orders to dynamic inventory tracking of create-your-own menu items.”
SpeedLine POS is built from the ground up to manage the business of pizza. With an open design and flexible developer tools, the system is the hub of the newest restaurant technologies.
Joining SpeedLine at the NRA Show will be North Country Business Products, the company’s local representative in Chicago and surrounding states, and one of the nation’s leading POS dealers. SpeedLine and North Country will be available to meet with restaurant operators and the media at booth #5467-5468.
