Interactive Intelligence Middle East, the regional arm of Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, is exhibiting at MECOM 2011.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Interactive will be demonstrating its award-winning contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony, and business process automation solutions at MECOM.
“IP technology has been gaining popularity in the Middle East in the last few years as companies are making the transition from traditional PBX/ PABX systems to IP telephony. This trend encouraged Interactive Intelligence to establish our regional office in Dubai in 2008. Since then, we have recruited 12 partners across the region and have recently set up operations in Saudi Arabia as well. We have had a significant number of prestigious customer wins in the government and private sector. Trade shows like MECOM offer us a good platform to further spread awareness about our brand and solutions and grow our regional business”, said Mr. Shaheen Haque, Interactive Intelligence territory manager for Turkey and Middle East.
At MECOM, Interactive Intelligence will be demonstrating its Customer Interaction Center® (CIC) solution, built on standards-based, single-platform architecture with inherent multichannel processing to deliver comprehensive applications minus the cost and complexity introduced by multipoint products.
“We developed CIC over a decade ago to give customers an easy to manage and cost-effective alternative to communications products that had been ‘bolted’ together as a result of acquisitions and OEM agreements,” Haque said. “Today, CIC includes enterprise-wide functionality delivered on-premise or via a cloud-based model, and providing maximum flexibility so customers can quickly adapt to changing business requirements.”
Interactive Intelligence will also be demonstrating its communications-based process automation solution, Interaction Process Automation™ (IPA).
“Instead of simply communications-enabling applications, we decided to use our unified platform as the engine that orchestrates business processes from start to finish,” Haque said. “By doing so, IPA gives customers a fully packaged solution that provides a hard return-on-investment for their unified communications deployments.”
Interactive Intelligence will also share with MECOM attendees its latest vertical solution for the insurance market, which unifies interaction management, content management, and back-end databases for policy, billing, and claims administration.
“By bringing together disparate communications and business systems, our solution helps mid-size to large insurance companies take advantage of growth opportunities, streamline operations, reduce costs, increase agent productivity, and improve customer service,” Haque said.
MECOM 2011, one of the leading telecommunications and enterprise communications events in the Middle East, takes place 16 - 18 May at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC). Interactive Intelligence is exhibiting at MECOM Booth M40.
