“Better Life in Rural Communities with Information and Communcation Technologies (ICTs) is the theme of The International Telecommunication Union’s World Telecom Day on Tuesday May 17.
Ultra fast rural Broadband deployment has not lagged behind deployment in urban areas because until DSL Rings there has not been an economical way to deliver ultra high bandwidth broadband services to rural customers.
