AnyChart announces the availability of AnyStock 1.1.0. AnyChart Stock and Financial Charts is a cross-platform tool for implementing visually appealing, interactive stock and financial charts, in custom web and desktop applications. In the new version, drawing tools and annotations, a Flex component, and some other features have been added.
AnyStock 1.1.0 offers a complete set of shapes for trading analysis that can be added to the chart plot, both programmatically and via user interface. They include: line segments, rays, trend lines, vertical and horizontal lines, rectangles, ellipses, triangles, trend channels, Andrew's pitchforks, Fibonacci fans, Fibonacci arcs, Fibonacci retracements, Fibonacci time-zones, buy/sell signals, and custom text labels to mark important points and trends discovered. Already added objects are easy to move, change, and remove.
"We've done our best to make drawing tools as much flexible and customizable as possible. If designed properly, the ability to draw shapes facilitates analysis a lot," said Anton Saukh, AnyChart lead developer. "AnyStock can be used for working with any kind of time-based data, but the main aim is trading and financial data and the drawing tools are specifically made for that."
Another important innovation is AnyStock Flex Component. The Flash version of AnyChart is wholly functional, but with the Flex version, Flex developers as well are provided with the great opportunity to use AnyStock and build smart scrollable charts into their rich internet applications and trading solutions.
"We are proud with our work," Anton Saukh added. "AnyStock has now become even more powerful financial and stock charting component."
