ideasUK says that bosses who bank their employees’ bright ideas can save up to £50million a year – and there’s no better time to start tapping into that workplace talent than during 'International Ideas Week'.
ideasUK launched the first 'National Ideas Day' on 14 March, 2001, to mark the anniversary of Einstein’s birth, and the concept has gone from strength to strength ever since. This year, events will be held across the country for a whole week from 9th May on the theme ‘Ideas, Innovation and Engaging your Employee’s’.
