“Women can have it all, is my mantra,” stated Dr. Leigh-Davis when discussing her new book,“Cooking for the King.” This cookbook differentiates itself, by providing recipes that are fast and easy, but taste like you spent all day in the kitchen. Although the title implies something different, the book is being marketed to anyone who wants to make great food, but does not have a lot of time; in other words, bachelors, college students, single mothers, or anyone who likes to eat well, but doesn’t want to wade through the tons of recipes available online, (many of which are unreliable.)
Dr. Leigh-Davis reasoned,“If you are a woman who is lucky enough to have a man who loves you and cares for you; why wouldn’t you want to spoil them by cooking their favorite foods?
