Each brings tremendous experience to their position and will provide strong leadership as the company delivers the industry’s most complete eDiscovery solution to clients.
Beaudoin will serve as the national director of analytics consulting and will be responsible for the design and implementation of data analytics processes including consultation, execution and validation. Deane will serve as the national director of sales, responsible for day-to-day sales management and growing the Daegis sales team. Gibbs will serve as the national director of consulting where she will lead a team responsible for assisting clients with eDiscovery and litigation readiness assessment and strategic planning.

Beaudoin began her career in 1992 as a senior litigation paralegal and systems administrator for a Providence, RI law firm where she gained a deep and thorough understanding of the legal process, eDiscovery and search technology. She further honed her skills and applied her knowledge in a variety of analyst and consulting roles at Daticon in the early 2000s. Beaudoin then became an expert in analytics as a founding member of the SPi Data Analytics Group in 2005, where she managed and defended SPI’s search and data reduction strategies on multiple large discovery projects. She joined Daegis as an eDiscovery analytics consultant in 2009.
Deane has served in the legal industry since 2001 having held positions in information technology, litigation technology training and practice support for Morrison Foerster. She joined Daegis in 2008 as an account executive managing select national accounts as well as successfully growing both the New York and Texas regions.
Gibbs brings more than 22 years of experience in the legal industry to her position at Daegis. She spent the first half of her career as a practicing attorney, representing high-profile insurers in complex, multi-party insurance litigation where she was recognized as a strategic thinker who coupled legal analysis with sound business judgment to achieve client objectives. Gibbs is a well-regarded author, speaker and panelist on numerous topics related to eDiscovery and information management. She is active in industry groups such as The Sedona Conference, EDRM and Women in eDiscovery. Prior to joining Daegis in 2006, Gibbs held positions at First Advantage and CaseCentral.
