Doug Morneau, Chief Rhino of Rhino Marketing Inc., one of North America’s leading marketing agencies, has been extremely busy hiring new staff to support Rhino’s strategic business growth. Morneau recently announced the hiring of six new employees: Rod Janz, Sales & Marketing; Ryan Paley, Sales & Marketing; Alexis Smith, Creative Services; Kai Jansson, Creative Services; Meryll Fadera, Sales Coordinator; and Sheri Imbach, Administrative Assistant.

Rod Janz brings more than 25 years of business experience in sales consulting, marketing and business development to his new role in the Sales & Marketing department at Rhino. He has a passion for helping people discover and accomplish their business objectives. Rod is at the forefront of technology, which enables him to offer the best tools to increase his client’s bottom line.
Ryan Paley has over 10 years of sales and management experience. He effectively communicates with his clients to ensure they meet their ultimate goal – more sales. His attention to detail, motivation and enthusiastic attitude is contagious, and he now brings that and more to Rhino’s Sales & Marketing department.
Alexis Smith comes to the Creative Services department at Rhino with more than 10 years of marketing, design and event management experience. Her background in fundraising and donor stewardship will provide strong support to the team as they continue to build and sustain strong client relationships.
Rhino’s Creative Services department will benefit from Kai Jansson’s multi-talents including writing, editing, graphic design and web development. He has a keen eye for detail, strong conceptual and technological skills and easily creates and adapts multimedia from websites and video to sales and editorial copy.
A strong background in sales and marketing administration makes Meryll Fadera the perfect person to coordinate the details for Rhino’s sales team. With a communications diploma, and certificates in public relations and graphic design, Meryll brings integrated thinking and strong communication skills to her role as Sales Coordinator.
Sheri Imbach has more than 10 years experience in customer service and administration. She brings enthusiasm and a lively, outgoing personality, which suits her new role as Administrative Assistant to a tee.
