Fortitech South America offered several new fortified applications that meet this demand. To get a solid nutrient boost, attendees dipped fresh fruit in fortified melted chocolate. This fortified confection is a delicious, smooth and well-rounded treat, blended with more than 15 essential vitamins and minerals. The functional profile of this chocolate includes the B vitamins, antioxidants, calcium, folic acid, magnesium, zinc and iron, to name a few.
Fortitech South America also had two different fortified lollipops containing several healthy ingredients to give a nutritious boost. Our premix for the passion fruit flavored lollipops includes immunity-enhancing vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, C, iron and zinc. The premix for the apple flavored lollipops includes an excellent blend of overall nutrition targeting immunity, enhanced metabolism and increased energy. Nutrients in this application include vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid and pantothenic acid.
