Following the appointment of Brand Incorporated as the official PR agency for La Maison du Whisky, we have successfully launched Whisky Live 2010, where we unveiled the world’s oldest whisky, Mortlach 70 Year Old on 12th November 2010.

The Mortlach 70 Year Old is the world’s oldest bottled single malt whisky.
Only fifty-four (54) 70cl bottles are available in the world and one (1) in Southeast Asia.
Brand Incorporated is proud to be the appointed PR agency for the debut of this unique piece of Scotland’s liquid history in Singapore. It is an honour to lend our knowledge and extensive experience in events management and PR strategies for La Maison du Whisky, as well as to be involved in this historical event of regional and national significance.
We have assisted La Maison du Whisky with conducting an exclusive Mortlach 70 Year Old whisky tasting and dinner for eight privileged guests at the Summer Pavillion, The Ritz-Carlton Millennia. The tickets for the tasting session were sold out before the event, to our distinguished guests at $888 per ticket. This unprecedented event was personally conducted by Mr Michael Urquhart, joint managing director and the fourth generation co-proprietor of independent bottler, Gordon & MacPhail, which released Mortlach 70 Year Old.
Additionally, Mr Urquhart was interviewed by The Straits Times, Singapore’s national radio channels as well as Food & Beverage magazines leading up to the event, positioning La Maison du Whisky as a leader in launching exclusive whisky events.
The Mortlach 70 Year Old is currently up for bid at a private charity auction and has since received a warm response from collectors and enthusiasts in the region. All proceeds above the reserve price of $28,888 will be offered as a donation to Children’s Charities Association, Singapore. Bidding is by invitation only and will end on 31st March 2011. Invitations have since been sent out to the richest man in Southeast Asia, Mr Robert Kuok, as well as the VIPs of La Maison du Whisky.
Brand Incorporated is confident in making the bidding session a success in the name of charity. A press release will be sent out to the media after the event to announce the final price of the whisky.
