The front, for example, can be realized with 4 leaves with 4 glasses or with a front motorized roll up door. Both the solutions allow an opening standard of 3600x4900 mm of height for the access of the vehicles to be painted, but the motorized door, that operates with a simple button, is more practical and provides an additional value to the entire system, it can also be very useful where there is a limited space for movement.

The illumination is provided by two rows of lighting fixtures on each side, in high and low position, this aspect can be further enhanced with the addition of two or three rows of lighting fixtures along the walls or in the plenum. Smart lighting Fixtures are composed by 4 neon tubes of 36 Watt each, equipped with electronic ballasts for an high visibility. Of course the customization depends on the processing needs and on the booths measures, in any case Nova Verta (novaverta.it) always ensures the lux required by law

The main optional are the pneumatic lift provided with a basket for the operator, moving on three axes, that allows to work with spray guns even at considerable heights, the Premix burner for an optimal air heating and a reduction of consumption and a central motorized door that allows to split the plant into two sections in the case of painting smaller vehicle or to carry on two processes simultaneously. In this last case Nova Verta's engineering department does not recommend the usage of a standard door with leaves because it may be cumbersome in the booth, and may damage the lighting fixtures.
