AuraPortal, a global provider of Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) software, announced today that the company Clyan Services World S.A. has launched its first BPM processes with the BPM Suite of AuraPortal. The operation was carried out by the consultancy firm AitonBusiness Cía Ltda, a partner of AuraPortal with extensive experience.
Marcelo Avilés Romero, Manager of AitonBusiness Cía Ltda., said that “AuraPortal allows us to create administrative management applications really fast and easily. The implementation projects of other BPMS´s tend to cost a lot of time and money. But, thanks to the special features of AuraPortal and the methods used by Aiton, this doesn´t have to be so”.
"In Clyan we started in July, by training their internal consultants, and in just 4 months we managed to design 20 processes, the first of which are already in production, while the rest are in simulation so that we can give them the necessary strength before activating them".
