It creates a business environment and simulates a market place wherein teams play against each other and all through the exercise, their business and risk management abilities are evaluated.
“Take Charge” was first held at the 3rd Annual CSO Summit on 4th December 2010, in New Delhi. This game was played by around 35 CSO’s, Security and Risk professionals and evoked a good response. The participants enjoyed the challenge of balancing business growth and managing risk in a high-risk environment.
This game aims at sensitizing CSO’s about business issues and concerns and the need to balance business and security. There is a critical organizational need for CSOs to function as strategic partners to the business – with a clear understanding of the business goals and developing risk frameworks that facilitate achievement of these business goals. This game helps CSOs to explore new dimensions of their role – primarily that of a Business Leader.
