The Stevie Awards for Women in Business is an international competition recognizing the accomplishments of outstanding women executives, entrepreneurs, and the organizations they run. The awards are produced by the creators of the prestigious American Business Awards℠.
Lauby has developed HR Bartender to be a friendly place to discuss workplace issues. A 20-year business professional specializing in human resources, she offers management tips and advice for business people who want to improve their leadership skills.
