Following the success of the event in London and Dublin, the 3rd Risk Management and Practical Solutions conference will be held in Dubai, UAE on December 6, 2010. This event will focus on legal issues of aircraft repossession, executing asset recovery, the Isle of Man as an international finance centre, and the Registry of Aruba. It will be attended mainly by banks, lease companies and operators with aviation assets.
The event is organized by Aeropodium (aeropodium.com) and it will be chaired by Peter Bull, Group Director, Risk & Asset Management, Airclaims who will also give a formal presentation about the practical implication of asset recovery.
Jorge C. Colindres Marinakis, Chairman & CEO of the Registry of Aruba will give an outline of regulatory requirements, new developments and trends for Business Aviation, advantages and benefits of registering an aircraft in Aruba, and Aruba's accession to the Cape Town Convention.
Mark Byrne, Director of ICM Aviation will address issues related to the Isle of Man as an international finance centre and aircraft registry.
