This application is tightly integrated with the newly developed billing application.
The restaurant has decided to distribute their own Loyalty Card which will enable cashless transactions at any of their existing outlets. The customers can TOPUP their card and transact cashless using the card at any of the outlets. The restaurants have - Dine In, Takeaway and Home Delivery as option to avail food and for any option the customers can pay using the card at the restaurant or can also pay online.
The CEO of the restaurant, Mr Ashish Sondhi, is confident that by introducing his Smart Card based Loyalty program he would see a definite increase in his customer base. Apart from discounts at his outlets he also plans to tie-up with some popular Retailers, Gymnasiums , Boutiques etc. wherein his cardholders will get some additional benefit by just flashing his card. Mr Sondhi feels that Loyalty Smart card will act as a catalyst to his growth plans of increasing the outlets in Pune and other cities in the next couple of years.
iSpice (flashtodine.com) is hosted centrally on secure internet and hence any new outlet of Indian in a Box would need an internet connection and a Smart Card reader to get started. Mr Sondhi now will now not have the hassles of maintaining the application , worry about security issues and will now get his MIS and exception reports which are just a click away.
