Automated secure integration of data sources to the cloud is now possible with Queplix Virtual Data Manager. In a new online video by Andrei Zudin, solution architect at Queplix, an overview of Queplix’s data virtualization technology is presented as a solution for solving complex data integration problems in the enterprise.

Different cloud architectures have different challenges for application and data integration. These include the interfaces, security model, the location of the data and the protection for data integrity associated with the connecting pathways. Many large organizations are building out private and hybrid clouds. It is their plan to extend existing and new applications into these new architectures for deployment. These cloud architectures are often by driven by customer business models as well as regulatory and compliance issues that eliminate an easy deployment using a public cloud architecture.
