In her role as HR Manager, Saritha will be responsible for developing strong employee engagement practices and culture in Aujas. She will focus on aligning the HR function to the overall organization goals and will report to Mr. Srinivas Rao, co-Founder and CEO at Aujas.

In her previous assignment as HR Manager at CSR India Pvt. Ltd., Saritha was managing the HR function for India. She had played an active role in developing a strong culture in the India centre. She had also conducted “Employee Calibration Exercise” in technical teams and contributed to talent development for critical roles in India. Saritha brings over 9 years of experience in team building and employee development with a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
