Newcomb and Company, a full-service commercial and residential mechanical contractor, is pleased to announce the recent hire of David Parise as Automation Specialist. Newcomb and Company is expanding its automation and controls department to meet the growing needs of commercial property owners to reduce energy use and operating expenses. Mr. Parise joins a deeply experienced automation department, with more than 15 energy and automation professionals, technicians, and support staff. He will work with clients on a wide range of building controls functions including energy management, security controls, energy metering, lighting controls, and energy surveys.
Mr. Parise brings over ten years of experience in building controls and has significant expertise in energy management. He holds multiple certifications through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), including Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), and Business Energy Professional (BEP).
