Blue Coat Systems, Inc., the technology leader in Application Delivery Networking, has won the Computer News Middle East (CNME) ICT Achievement Award for Security Solutions Provider of the Year 2010 and the Arabian Computer News Arab Technology award for Best Enterprise Support of the Year 2010. The awards recognize and honour the IT industry’s top performers for their outstanding work in the Middle East enterprise market over the past year.

Other product highlights include the launch of the Blue Coat® Data Loss Prevention (DLP) appliances, which provide comprehensive data loss protection in a single integrated appliance to enable compliance without complexity, and the Blue Coat CacheFlow® appliances, which help service providers address escalating international and mobile backhaul bandwidth consumption.

Blue Coat (bluecoat.com) also introduced its BlueTouch Essential program, a strategic personalized service offering that helps customers increase the return on their investment in the Blue Coat Application Delivery Network infrastructure.
According to the most recent Content Security Gateway Worldwide Market Share report from Infonetics Research, Blue Coat has been the market leader in the content security gateway appliance market for 14 consecutive quarters. The company is also positioned in the Leaders Quadrant of the Secure Web Gateway Magic Quadrant by research and advisory firm Gartner.
