There will be no job losses in Saskatchewan as a result of this agreement.

FBC Communications is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Glacier Media Inc., a leading information communications company focused on the provision of essential information and related services through print, electronic and online media. FBC will acquire the rights to the AgDealer trademark as part of the transaction, and intends to retain the brand.
