Opportunity Seekers is a high powered event series geared towards professionals in transition. Whether an individual has been downsized, is anticipating a pending layoff or have reached the end of their career path, this event offers valuable insights. Monday, November 15th, the fourth in this successful series takes place at Morris Graduate School of Management in Schaumburg, IL.
Professionals today need to adapt new strategies in finding a job, making a career change or enter into the world of self-employed entrepreneurship. The format of this event allows attendees to ask question of recruiting specialists and workshops that will offer them valuable insight on fast forwarding their career search. Workshop space is limited; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. The event runs from noon to 4pm.
Keynote topic: "Getting a Job IS a Full Time Job!" is given by Bob Hartung, President & Resultant, Performance GAINS, Inc.
Workshop speakers are Patricia Mace of Patricia Mace Associates, Kathleen Wagner - Director of Fundraising and Development at the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County, Steve Tomaszewski, Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Bob Hartung expanding on his keynote message
During the workshops, professional headshots are offered a minimal cost ($25 cash only). Please dress professionally for the headshots. Also available is an image consultant for questions on dress and presentation. Recruiters and career transition specialists will also be available for consultation.
