Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has launched a great new Eastern Caribbean cruise to beat the winter cold. Braemar’s 15-night fly-cruise, departs with flights from London Gatwick and Manchester on 25th November 2010, to join the cruise ship in Jamaica’s vibrant and colourful Montego Bay.
The cruise visits a host of wonderful islands on its Eastern Caribbean cruise itinerary: Dominican Republic, Tortola, St Maarten, St Kitts, Antigua, St Lucia, Trinidad, Tobago, Grenada and, finally, Barbados for flights home.
The cruise ship Braemar recently had a major refit and lengthening, adding over eighty passenger cabins and suites with balconies, bringing the standard occupancy up to 929. Voted 'The Best Refurbished Ship' in Cruise Critic's 'Editor's Pick Awards' 2009, she is also the second of our ships to feature a pub, which, on occasion, offers entertainment in the form of a late night comedian or jazz.
This cruise also offers Fred. Olsen’s exclusive golfing programme, Flagship Golf. This package, charged at £425 per player, includes four rounds of golf ashore at handpicked courses, with green fees and transfers, onboard tuition from a PGA professional, practice sessions, and social activity for golfers and non-playing partners. Flagship Golf must be booked at the time of booking the cruise as spaces are limited and is a fantastic way to experience a golf holiday.
Fred. Olsen's Flagship Golf programme (fredolsencruises.com) has tee times at a host of challenging courses worldwide. Links, parkland and heathfield courses (some designed by Jack Nicklaus and Robert Fream) The Company’s Caribbean golf programme offers championship play on several Robert Trent Jones designed courses. During rounds ashore, Fred. Olsen’s resident PGA professional will be playing with you, offering advice and course management tips along the way.
A valid handicap certificate is required, as is relevant golf insurance.
