Logic PD‘s chief financial officer, Frank Hallowell has been named among the finalists of The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 4th annual CFO of the Year Awards. Winners will be profiled in the November 19 issue. Hallowell joined Logic PD, a leading global product solutions provider as CFO two years ago.
Hallowell’s experience spans nearly 30 years working with companies ranging in size from small, privately-held businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He has worked in a number of industries, including manufacturing, service, procurement, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management, sales and marketing, human resources, legal and information technology.
Hallowell joined Logic PD from Scantron Corporation, a $225M subsidiary of Harland Clark Holdings Corp. / M&F Worldwide Inc., where he served as vice president of finance. Prior to that, he held the same position with Pearson, an international media company. Hallowell spent nearly 10 years of his career as the vice president and CFO of ExpressPoint Technology Services, a provider of parts logistics and technology repair services. He has also held managerial positions with BellSouth, Dataserv and KPMG, LLP.
Hallowell is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota. He is a member of Financial Executives International and has served on the Board of Directors for the last five years, most recently as president of the Twin Cities chapter.
