Media5 Corporation, a leading developer of advanced Communications over IP products solutions, will be demonstrating its broad portfolio of VoIP Gateways, software and technologies at the IP Convergence tradeshow, in Paris France at the Porte de Versailles - Pavillon 7.2, Booth# H9, from October 19–21, 2010.

At the IP Convergence tradeshow (ipconvergence.fr), Media5 will be demonstrating its VoIP technologies, highlighting new platforms including the Mediatrix LP Series, a robust and reliable series of VoIP Gateways for performance in more demanding telephony wiring conditions. The Mediatrix LP Series connects up to 24 analog phones and/or faxes to a broadband modem or LAN, and offers advanced features such as 60Vrms ringing voltage, industry-leading 2+ kilometers + loop distance and integrated secondary lightning protection, which allow them to connect to external phone line cables.
The LP Series enables Service Providers to reach wider areas while reducing the number of CPEs (customer premise equipment) needed to be installed. Large Buildings, Campus, Small Villages can now be fully deployed using only one SIP Gateway.
The LP Series also protects Service Providers SIP Gateway investment by offering reliable connections with internal surge protection against overvoltage on hard telephony lines, reducing electrical failures and potential RMA due to deteriorated wiring conditions.
Addressing the mobility market, Media5 will demonstrate the award-winning Media5-fone VoIP Mobile Softclient Application, which enables end-users to make VoIP calls on their Apple or Nokia Smartphone’s with any available WLAN and 3G networks. The Media5-fone is the only SIP softphone that provides more than just basic call functionalities, bringing business class telephony features such as Call Waiting, Second Call and Voice Mail notification (SIP MWI).
