Cape’s Industrial Services division contacted Korecentric prior to commencement of the project as they needed to address material shortfalls and expensive additional shipping costs to site. Korecentric’s extensive experience and proven software made them the ideal solutions provider to engage with in discussion to solve these issues. After a Needs Analysis and Scoping meeting, Korecentric proved they understood Cape’s requirements both on site in Algeria and at the Head Office in the UK, by demonstrating Cape workflows to the Project Management team.
A key part of Cape’s decision was Material Advantages ability to work with existing workflow documents and systems. Integration points will be set up from Cape’s excel forms to bring in Bill of Materials, Purchase Order and Shipping information. Another factor was Korecentric’s ability to deliver the solution within a specific timeframe and on a pre-determined budget.
