The company has partnered with nutrition expert Dr. Earl Mindell to launch a free health survey on its website, which will generate custom vitamin formulas based on users’ specific exercise routines, as well as their genetic history, environmental factors, and lifestyle habits.
In the health survey, a person can indicate if he or she regularly engages in Pilates, yoga, or a variety of other cardiovascular activities. If yoga is selected, for example, the resulting vitamin blend will include supplements known to help muscle stretching and flexibility. Clicking aerobics, on the other hand, will result in a bigger dose of antioxidants in order to reduce soreness and inflammation.
“The great thing about the survey we’ve put together is that it’s both simple and powerful,” said Dr. Mindell, a licensed pharmacist. “It takes you through four steps: Wellness and Lifestyle, Health Conditions, Medications, and Name Your Bottle.
