Franchisors looking to expand in Michigan will meet November 11 at the AFS Group of Franchise Companies Headquarters in Warren, along with aspiring entrepreneurs and the local franchise experts of FranNet. The Michigan Franchise Forum will be broken into three segments to give attendees a well-rounded understanding of franchising in Michigan. The first segment will include an introduction into the world of franchising with information on how to safely approach franchise due diligence and selection, and will provide an update on the “State of Franchising” here in Michigan, including the scope of opportunities available. Following will be a brief presentation from franchisors that will include an overview of their business model and characteristics of successful franchise owners. At the end of the Forum, ample opportunity will be given for Q&A and optional one-on-one time with any or all of the franchisors.
