As part of a long term growth strategy, Epic are delighted to welcome three new members of our management team – Helen Wilshaw, Commercial Director, Lars Hyland, Strategic Development Director and Chris Tedd, Head of Production.
Each brings considerable experience, expertise and creative energy to Epic’s business adding a unique and valuable perspective to our product and service capability.
Helen joins Epic with more than 16 years’ B2B financial, commercial and business development experience gained in the passenger airline and cargo logistics industry. Her focus will be on developing sales partnerships, honing our product and market development strategies and ensuring Epic delivers high quality, value add, customer focused learning solutions.
With over 18 years’ experience, Lars is a longstanding innovator and respected thought leader within the e-learning industry. With an established track record in building business success, Lars returns to Epic after a break of 8 years to lead the development of new strategic products and services. His consultative approach and deep understanding of the related fields of learning, communication and technology will broaden the range and positive impact of Epic’s bespoke solutions.
With many years’ experience in the industry, most recently at LINE Communications, Chris is a valuable addition to the Epic production team. His projects have been recognised with a host of industry awards including a Gold IVCA, a Gold Brandon Hall for best custom content and the 2009 National Training Award for Partnership and Collaboration. His analytical and problem-solving skills will further streamline our production process and ensure outstanding service to clients.
