For over 40 years now, Bardach Awards has been making the finest awards, trophies, and plaques in the greater Indianapolis area. Founded in 1969 by Charles Bardach, the company has grown into one of the largest awards suppliers in the region. Upon Charles’ retirement, his son, Tom Bardach, took over the business and continued on with the company’s commitment to making quality trophies.
When asked how the company had maintained its level of success for so long, Tom replies, “we have always been focused on serving our customers and producing the highest quality product.” That philosophy is evident from the moment you walk into their main showroom, located on the north side of Indianapolis. The lobby is filled with beautiful displays of etched crystal, medals, clocks, trophies, and plaques. It’s a far cry from the typical “mom and pop” trophy store on the corner.
Now owned and managed by company president Diane Bardach-Beck, Bardach Awards, Inc. (bardachawards.com) is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise. Tom Bardach and brothers Steve and Ryan are key leaders in the business, and each of our associates has, on average, 12 years’ experience. The family vision and dedication combined with the experience of our seasoned staff ensure that the Bardach standard of excellence is met every day with every client. Diane has not allowed the standards established by her grandfather to slip in the least. She is also a major supporter of local charities, churches, and non-profit organizations. Recently, Bardach Awards organized the first annual Fred Marshall 3-on-3 basketball tournament, which raised funds for lung cancer survivors and their families.
