Scott Banda will be working across several of the agency’s accounts including Winn-Dixie, Veolia Environmental Services, Halifax Health and First Federal to provide creative expertise and collaborate with the agency’s account services and digital teams on full-scale campaigns.
Prior to joining On Ideas, Scott was a group creative director for local St. John and Partners. While in this position, he oversaw multiple creative teams involving consumer and B2B accounts.
One of Scott’s most successful campaigns involved the introduction of Beaulieu Vineyard Wines to the East coast. Scott’s print campaign ran in New York Magazine along with other luxury based publications. Through this campaign, the client was able to increase its sales three-fold in the New York metropolitan area.

Scott has been awarded multiple ADDY Awards for outstanding advertising. He is originally from the Philadelphia area and enjoys participating in triathlons in his spare time.
