Stoke Poges, United Kingdom, 2010/09/30 - Mr. Elmar Kronz has been appointed Vice President for Europe at Development Dimensions International (DDI), having held a variety of senior leadership positions within DDI over the past 13 years.

Prior to taking this role, Elmar operated from Shanghai, China as Vice President for DDI Asia, holding overall responsibility for DDI’s operations in Greater China and South East Asia. He has also held the positions of Managing Director, DDI Germany and Southern Europe, as well as Executive Consultant at DDI’s world headquarters in Pittsburgh, USA.
Elmar has extensive client experience in talent management services and solutions, including executive assessment, leadership development, success profiling and selection strategies. He has worked with many high-profile multi-national clients, including DaimlerChrysler, Kellogg, General Motors, Microsoft, Nokia, SAP, Volkswagen Merck, Syngenta, China Guangdong Nuclear Power, China Telecom and the United Nations.
Elmar will have full responsibility for continuing DDI’s ambitious growth strategy across Europe, supporting and working directly with DDI clients and overseas offices, as well as leading the region’s business development strategy, which will include the introduction of several new services over the next few years.
